What we collect
When you use our contact or PDF forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, whether you are buying off-plan or a ready home or selling, budget and timeline if you give them, areas or projects, your message, preferred contact method, the page you used, campaign (UTM) tags, and any calculator or offer scenario you chose to attach. The calculators run in your browser. We do not receive those inputs unless you send them.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, because you ticked the box, to contact you about property that matches what you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Vercel. A visit can send your IP address and browser details to Vercel, which may process them outside the UAE. Form submissions are sent to Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets, operated by Google outside the UAE, unless we have switched that form to another provider named here. Charts load from this website. If that file fails, your browser may load Chart.js from the jsDelivr network, which can also be outside the UAE. By sending the form you agree to this storage, including the transfer outside the UAE, so we can reply to you.
How long
We keep an enquiry for 24 months after our last contact with you about it, then we delete it. We keep it longer only where a sale file or a legal claim still needs it.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us contacting you. Email mohammed@homezrealestate.ae.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics records each visit: the page, the referring site, the country, the device type, the browser, the operating system, and campaign tags when the link contains them. It also records a WhatsApp, call or email click, and a form send (the interest chosen, not the name, email or phone). It does not use an advertising cookie and it does not identify you.
